Slot Canyon

I took this photo a few years ago within a slot canyon in southern Utah. Not a lot of bright colors here, but still, beautiful shades of browns combined with beautiful contours can add to our sense of amazement concerning nature: It is amazing what nature can design for us, in this case with the help of winds and occasional rushing waters.

    The pattern of the rocks kind of looks like wood. Really cool effect! I love this picture, dad!

    That is interesting, while I was so busy listening to the lectures you were quietly hanging back and taking all these beautiful pictures. You truly do notice the unnoticeable what a great gift. Thank you for sharing it with all of us honey!!
